You’re not very good at picking up sarcasm, are you? I was commenting on your demonstration of understanding when it comes to economics.
Setting that aside, your suggestion here is just more evidence of irrationalism. Unless you are honestly trying to suggest that smoking rates will increase if smoking is taxed more.

When I get to meet THIS good-looking fellow in front of the cigarette store, I will probably happily do my share on providing more assisstance to uninsured children. For reasons of informing myself about the S-CHIP program, I read this article.
