Who would have guessed that politicians had a motivation to deceive the public into supporting unnecessary wars that provide income for their donors, then handicapping the military just enough to protract that source of income for as long as possible?
It’s fortunate that we have the good sense to judge that all of our elected officials have too much integrity for act on such a motivation.
